Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great product. I works very well and I have had no problems with it. It is very well made. I use it on a lot of my home projects. My sons like to help me measure just so they can help use this. I recommend this to anyone.

Complete garbage

I bought at the 44.00 price point. Still wouldn't buy them if they were 5.00 each. The stand out spec is good for the first time use, then the steel just rolls over on it's self. First one lasted about a week before the steel tape cracked and ripped my finger open on rewind. Second one isn't two days old and it's ready for the garbage pile. I'm doing vinyl siding, what a complete and total waste of good beer money.

LONGGEVITY............!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I USE THE IRWIN TAPE MEASURE EVERYDAY. IT FEEL GREAT IN THE HANDS. TO BE ABLE TO STRETCH IT OUT FOR A LONG WAYS AND NOT HAVE THE TAPE BEND IN THE MIDDLE HELPS ME TO GET THE JOB DONE A LITTLE FASTER WITH LESS TIMEOF HAVIG TO PICK THE TAPE UP.

Heavy with great features

It seemed heavy, but once I evaluated the length of the tape, the size of the tape and the ruggedness of the device, the weight seemed to be appropriate. Comfortable and easy to read, double sided

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my new favorite tape measure and I’m contemplating replace my others with this one as well. It feels great in your hand with a rubber grip. The numbers are large, easy to read and I like that this is a double sided tape measure. This is the first tape I’ve had with a finger slot to slow down the tape as it retracts. No more unexpected pinches when doing so with tapes that don’t have the finger slot!

Irwin 25’ tape measure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice tape measure wide and has a good stand out. I like the opening to slow down the reel back so it doesn’t slam in. I’ve broken tape measures like that before. So far pretty pleased with it. It has smooth action and I would recommend it.

I had no problem extending the tape measure over 10 feet before I stopped. very impressive. Solid Tape Measure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the Irwin 25ft tape measure is pretty solid. Right at the get go I liked how stout it is . Does not feel like it’s going to break on me if it were to fall off my belt. I like the fact the measurements are on both sides of the tape to make it easier read. 25’ Irwin tape measure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a chance to use this tape measure building a small corner work table in the garage. Tape measure is easy to read with a comfortable rubber mold. I had my daughter help me and she said it was heavy which it is on the heavier side. I believe this is due to the 80 foot drop rating it has. Another nice feature was both side of the tape have measurements. I would definitely recommend this tape measure.

Solid and hefty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape measure feels like quality - it is solid and hefty. Out of the package, my first thought was how far will the tape extend without collapsing. I was able to extend 12' of extension before the tape dropped. Felt like I could have done more. It had a curvature like a fishing pole, but wow, does it allow you to reach across the room to hook onto the measured item. This one won't get loaned out.

Finger retraction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large, easy to read markings. Well built and love the cutout for the retraction control using your finger. Fits well in the users hand. It is a little of the heavier end of 25' measures but isn't bad if youre not carrying it all day.

Bottom of case has a finger notch so you can control the speed of retraction. At bottom rear of case is slot to attach the drop prevention tether.

Wow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I immediately fell in love with the Strait-Line 25' tape measure from Irwin and Lenox. The outer surface provides a great grip. The tape itself is wonderfully sturdy , accurate and extend much farther without bending than most I have used in the past. The aspect I love the most has to be the the finger stop cutout underneath. This is probably the most used feature for me. It feels so natural and perfect placement.

Decent tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normal use. Tape holds true when extended. Best thing is two side tape. It has replaced my other tape mainly because these are newer. I received both a sixteen foot and twenty five foot tape. Both are good tapes

High quality, durable tape with great extension!

My record is 17’ already, which is outstanding! I’ve never had any tape measure come close to that! The lever lock on it is very well made, and holds the measurement like it should without an accidental release from lack of pressure. Tape of all tapes
