I bet you cannot find a better tape measure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I started opening the package from UPS, my thinking was another "chrome" tape measure...but no, a very nice dark blue, feeling better... Then the weight of the tape assured me of it's quality! As an old man, the wide tape and extra large numbers really fit my eye or eyes. Thumb or finger stop on the bottom is very useful when measuring short lengths. Love how long the tape extends without bending, really good when working alone(see attache...

Very well made, easy to read

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is very sturdy, with the stiffest blade I’ve ever used. The extra width of the blade makes it easier to read. As a furniture maker, it’s perfect for initial rough cuts in lumber. Due to its bulk, it would be cumbersome to carry around on your belt all day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is my go-to tape measure now. It’s professional in both looks and operation. It’s not a cheap, flimsy tape measure.. Far from it. It’s built like a tank and the fact that I can read it easily from top or bottom is definitely a big plus. My kids aren’t going to borrow this one!

Tape measurer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a fan of the numbering on the bottom of the tape that allows you to measure. Never had seen that before on any other tape measures. This is a very handy feature.I also like that the tape is wide and easy to extend and retract.

25' Straight line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this tape measure for measuring wood and fabrics. I find the two view a bit clumsy but a novel idea. One negative thing about the tape is the weight. It is a bit heavy and a little bulkier than I'm use to.

Terrific tape

The lock is easy to operate both locking and unlocking. The numbers are easy to read and visible even in low light conditions. Seems durable and is lightweight and easy to carry around.

Very good tape measure

I have used it on the jobsite measuring multiple things. I like the hooks on both sides of the end of the tape also

Top of the line

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to use my new Irwin 25’ tape measure today and I love it! The double sided measurements and the standout are top of the line! Really helped laying out the current project I’m working on. I would definitely recommend to anyone of any trade!

Good Tape Measure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My rating is more like 4.5 stars. I love the big easy to read numbers but the best thing is writing on both sides! I also really like this system of being able to slow the tape down. The only downside of this tape is the thickness of the overall unit

Straight line 25' tape measure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product reviewed was25' straight line tape measure. Othe case looks like it would stand up to a substantial drop. The tape is easy to read on both sides of the tape. Coating seems to be able to be able to stand up to many uses without fail.

Like it alot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the strength of the tape.allthough it makes it heavy. If you need too measure something buy. Yourself it is really handy. Easy to read really Easy to use. I have dropped it off a ladder 11' drop without any damages.

Great when you're alone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Irwin Strait-Line tape is very easy to read in nearly all situations. The tape itself is heavy and stiff enough to measure most things without bending, allowing single person usage with little trouble. I was able to measure sheet goods before cutting with no problems. It is a little bulky, but not over-heavy. Probably best for shop use or carried on a heavy belt. The brake on the tape saves knuckles.

Irwin Strait-Line Review

It has large display numbers on the front and back of the tape measure. Heavy duty belt clip with a finger hole spot to slow down the retraction. Numbers are big and clear.

A tried and true tape for the professional.

To this day it still holds return, and true on it's mark measure. When I tell my labor to get my "Tape" that is not what I say. "Go get my Irwin please" they all know EXACTLY what the boss means. Stands up to its name
