Would RecommendThis auger dies as advertised. You can drill all day and not kill this battery. It is light weight which makes for drilling holes and easy job. The blades hold an edge, and you shouldn't have to worry about sharping them for years.

Would RecommendI’ve only got to use it on one trip so far up to Lake Winnipeg about 34 inches of ice and it cut through it like a dream. Faster head to head than my gas strike master laser, and so much lighter and more convenient. Temps in the 10° range, never drilled more than about 20 holes in any one day, So I don’t know the actual battery endurance yet.
