Honda EU7000IS
I bought the generator and is working excellent, I was able to run it for 18 hours with 5gal gasoline can. Although many of the people is using it for short period, I live in Puerto Rico am I am using it daily after Hurricane Maria stroke the island and I have been without power counting today 72 days and do not know when it will be restored.

This is a very nice machine, but it you want it to run a skill saw and air compressor , forget it. I do not understand because 10 yrs ago bought an EU 6500. It would run anything. It is still going strong.

I have 4 generators 3 gas operation and one diesel.Since Irma hits Puerto Rico and Maria next I can hardly sleep. No electricity, no water no nothing.My cousin send me this generator and My life com back to Me and My family and my neighbors too.No noise and a pleased sleep for Me and My neigbors.

7000IS
I purchased one of these and it ran fine for 6 months but it will shut down on 220 volt load after about 15 minutes of running. We think the gas tank builds pressure and this is what is cutting it off. Went to Honda Dealer and they did not seem to care --ask for a Honda Rep to no avail. We think this is a known issue. We will probably just go with a Yamahaay

generator just delivered very nervous about shipping but it showed up in excellent condition easy to set up then charged batt. put OIL in it does not come w/oil that is well marked on generator and it started up instantly very impressed as of now I have only played around with it but I do like it

Best generator EVER
I purchased an EU7000is on 12 September 2017 a week prior to the CAT 4 Hurricane Maria devastated the island of Puerto Rico. I have been using it for 65 days, changing the engine oil, spark plug, muffler spark arrester and air filter as per manufacturer maintenance recommendations. it is operating just like in the first day, no problems at all. Best purchase for the money.

Good investment
The generator is very quiet and very efficient. It has enough power to run your basic loads during power outages. I run it for 12 hours in Eco mode and consumes about half tank (2.5 Gals) with about 2kw load. Load includes refrigerator and 20kbtu inverter a/c plus miscellaneous loads.

BEST GENERATOR EVER!
This generator has been a blessing to our family. After Hurricane Maria hit our Island. Our old generator died on us. We had received many great comments about this one (how silent it ran, how easy it was to maintain).
