Would Not RecommendTerrible, terrible product. Do not waste your money. I had to replace a small piece of drywall on my popcorn ceiling. Bought this product. Basically, it does not work. Plain and simple. Yes, I read and followed the directions. I agree with another poster, LOWE'S should NOT sell this product. I wish I had read the reviews before wasting money on this.

Would Not RecommendIt was in impulse buy so I didn't read the reviews first. Wish I did and I would have saved myself some money. First of all, I use to do popcorn ceilings years ago with a hopper and spray gun. This stuff doesn't even come close to being adequate. I had about a 2 square foot area to fill. The can claimed 6 square feet. I bought a second can just in case. It sprays all over, you have to move fast but it doesn't cover much. Second can didn't help either. It looked terrible and that was from 20 feet...

Would Not RecommendSqueeze a little and nothing happens and then a we bit more and there you go... What was once a small imperfection now is a looming fiasco. At this point call a professional cause an attempting at UN-glopping the big ball of UN-unsightliness is just going to smear it out to a larger area. Besides unless you masked entire room there is plenty to clean up. Let this dry and then chisel off before professionals get there so they don't pick at you but under no circumstance should you attempt to clean...

Would Not RecommendDon't buy this. Suggest your local Lowe's to stop carrying it. Looks awful, performs worse. This stuff is the worst purchase you will ever make. Makes nothing but a mess, goes everywhere; you spend most of your time cleaning up where you didn't want it to go. Overpriced, underperforming. Read other reviews, not just this one, and discover how bad this stuff is.

Would Not RecommendEven though I followed the directions 100% this was a bomb in a can. The minute you hit the triger it is like being on the end of a fire hose. The product comes out so fast and hard, you cant control it. It goes all over the place. I am thankfull that I built a plastic tent first. Also the color is not white. It has a yellow & brown color when it is dry. I have been in construction 30 years and do not recommend.

Would Not RecommendUnless you have a very small patch of ceiling this stuff is worthless. I went through two cans on a 2ft x 3ft patch and it probably would have taken another three of 4 cans to finish. The nozzle sprays the stuff everywhere. I gave up and got a spray hopper and some medium ceiling mix and did it in about 5 mins. I wish I had spent that $30 toward the hopper instead of just throwing it down a rat hole.

Would Not RecommendHorrible product that should be discontinued! We followed the directions EXACTLY as stated on the can. After exactly 4 sprays (lasting 1 second each), the can quit working. My husband had to break open the can because we refused to throw it away after paying approx $12.00 per can. DO NOT BUY!!!! I would not even rate this product 1/5 or give it 1 star.
Homax Spray Popcorn Texture
Would Not RecommendThis is by far the worst product I have ever purchased! Does not even resemble the can as to how it is so easily applied. Contents are watery and will spray the ceiling, down the walls and onto the floor. Should have opted for the popcorn that you apply with a putty knife. 1/3 the cost and no wall and floor cleanup.

Would Not RecommendLowes should discontinue it. This stuff is either too difficult to use without SEVERAL cans to practice with or just doesn't work period. I wasted at least 2 cans of the stuff. It made a bigger mess than I had before. It's like spraying mud and it only last a few seconds before the can is empty. There wee no "popcorn" pieces in the can just mud. DON'T BUY IT.

Would Not RecommendI had a two foot square area of ceiling where the ceiling texture needed repairing. Product would not spray ceiling after getting less than 1/2 empty. Had to hold can in downward direction and spray then it would spray upward for approximately one second before having to repeat procedure. Spray nozzle broke before can was even emptied. Would Not RecommendMy son decided to take a squirt gun in the bath one day and sprayed the ceiling. So now I have about 6 sq. INCHES that I need to repair. I couldn't even get 1/4 inch of material to come out of the can. Texture beads kept getting stuck in the nozzle. Rinsed it out 3 times only to find there is no more pressure in the can!!! Total waste! Sure hope some other type of texture works because I've got to get this fixed... I'm trying to sell my house!
