The can was a failure.

It took 10 minutes of shaking to hear the mixing ball rattle. The nozzle plugged constantly, and was unable to use entire can.

Using a sponge made it work for me.

I could not just spray this on and it works. I had to use a sponge to get it to look something like I needed.

Really bad product. Don't waste your money.

Works Great on smaller areas read instructions

This stuff works like magic with matching preexisting texture, make sure you shake bottle upside down like crazy and follow the instructions and make sure you lay tarps down because it can be a bit messy while spraying.

I can see why this product is no longer available at the store. It's absolute junk! I shook it for 6 minutes and it NEVER made the 'ball' never rattled. THE WORST

Doesn’t work!!! Waste of money!

Bought a can of this for a small patch job. Read directions did exactly as label said and product wouldn’t even spray. Tried straw again shaking again sitting in warm water and still nothing.

Not so great!

I bought one can to do a repair around a light fixture and it turned out great. However, when I did the same to another light fixture, it came out in clumps. I thought that it was a one time use and purchased another can. The directions say to hold the can 10" away from the ceiling but when I started to spray, the texture didn't go as high as 3". I made a mess everywhere. I am very disappointed and also the fact that I wasted my money!

Good and bad

I bought one can to see if it would look good and it worked out great , but did not cover alot of area so needed 4 more cans to finish. Second can could not even blow 2 inches never mind the recommended. 3rd can was in between i dont get why I can't keep any as consistent as the first. Most cans don't work, messy, inconsistent, 1 out of 6 cans may work. Should be pulled from the shelves.

Good for small area only

Just did my first rehab and discovered a few places that needed to be pop corned. It did ok but did NOT match the existing popcorn. We went with it because it is better than nothing. I would not recommend it for a large project. I also didn't like that it was so messy. I shook it for the time as instructed but it got everywhere. I bought this to repair the popcorn ceiling where the roof had leaked and the popcorn fell off. I read the directions and did exactly as they said (shook the can for 15 minutes). I started with the two smaller areas and it worked perfectly. Then moved to the larger area where I had to remove furniture and cover the rugs and it stopped spraying. Good Results!

I read the negative reviews and watched a few videos on this product. One video was of a woman and I thought "if she can do it, I can too". I followed the directions (lots of shaking) and did a test spray. The results were watery, so I followed the directions again. Once again, lots and lots of shaking. Good product

It works pretty good. It's very hard to match popcorn exactly but with a little patience and technique you can come close. Don't bother with the pro series of this product though, it's not as easy or as good.

Spray-on Popcorn Ceiling Texture

The product was easy to use and the final results were very good. Was able to match the surrounding area original ceiling texture exactly. Used more product than expected because the spray nozzle did not spray where aimed good. it took awhile to gage the proper distance for the spray to be most effective. I suggest you put plastic around area to protect walls, floor and furniture.

I first used the product and it came out in large lumps. I used a wet paint brush and dabbed the area I sprayed. It was ok but I decided to apply another coat the next day. This time I shook the can for 15 minutes. I first sprayed into a cardboard box until I liked the consistency. Then sprayed the ceiling area again. This time it looked much better. I painted the area the following day and you would have to really look to find the patched area.
