10/10 for jointing hardwood veneers
Would RecommendGreat buy. Serves its purpose beautifully. Follow the manual for proper setup. My only gripe is the rubber feet on the bottom are too soft, it is easy to over tighten the jointer to the bench and cut the feet off.

Worthless Junk
Would Not RecommendThe tabletops are soft aluminum and get scratched from harder woods, like walnut. I barely have 10 hours on this machine, and the tops are so gouged out that it's now unusable. Simply from trying to clean up tablesaw rips. By far the worst tool I've ever bought.

Pleasantly surprised by this jointer.
Would RecommendI was pleasantly surprised by this machine. It was powerful and cut beautifully. I ran lots of very dense white oak through it and it stayed sharp throughout the project and cut cleanly. Very easy to set up. The tables were flat and true right out of the box.

Would RecommendThis is my first Grizzly purchase and I am beyond pleased and impressed! The spiral-type cutter-head is really an effective design; more than I thought it would be! The table extensions/ handles and table adjustment are super nice, as well the 4" dust port design is very efficient. Overall this is worth every penny and is the perfect size for a smaller shop like mine.
