Great addition to my Nest

I highly recommend this product! I have 2 floors and the additional sensor allows the temperature to make the 2nd flr be comfortable!

Nest Temperature Sensor

This device has enabled me to take a small area of my home, my home office, and keep it as comfortable as the rest of the house. This positively impacts my productivity and mood.

Almost perfect

My units needed the batteries changed after one week but after that they work fine. I also wish there were more options for times of day or the ability to do a custom schedule for monitoring sensors. That being said, no other system has ever been able to keep my three story condo at a decent temperature throughout the whole day. The ability to monitor the bedroom at night is amazing.

Does what it says it will do

The nest temp sensor was easy to physically install and easy to add to my home in order to use it with the Nest Thermostat. Everything was straightforward from installation to managing the sensor in the Nest app.

but... i wish you could ask Google for the temp of the sensor when placed in a room.

Great sensor

The temperature sensor is perfect to monitor the temperature in a room on the top level of a 4 story home. The room's AC vent's are connected with the 3rd level system and the temperature is never what is read at the thermostat. The sensor allows me to use the temperature in the room I want and control the temperature. It's very useful, easy to setup, and minimal in design.

Great features

Great so far! I just purchased it. I like that I can see the temperature in my room to make sure the temperature is good. It allows you to schedule what room you want more heat or air. I hope to get more in the future.

Good Thermostat

It was easy enough to get setup and mounted on my wall. Initial setup required me to update the firmware before connecting to Google services

It actually helps

We had a room that just wouldn't cool off since the thermostat is in the hallway so I got the sensor and it really improved the temperature in the room

Handy dandy accessory

If you have a house thats constantly hot like mine this little helper will allow you to fix any room that is too hot or not just like you want it. The only complaint i have is it should have came with the thermostat with how expensive it was.

Great addition to home network.

Purchased this sensor to control temperatures in my bedroom which is upstairs and on the opposite side of the house. This solution so far is working as I’d hoped. I have other Google & Nest products and adding this one was very easy. It’s a great addition to my whole home network.

Works as Promised

My place seemed to have some hot spots in summer and cold spots in winter. Using these sensors helps me keep these places more regulated and have a more even temperature throughout the place.

The Nest Temperature Sensor was so very easy to add to the Nest App. The sensor was recognized right away and has helped tremendously to remedy the temperature differences in my home between the thermostat location and the upstairs master bedroom.

Excellent Comfort

In the spring and summer months, our second floor would always be way too hot. Setting one of these in the hallway really helps it start comfortable at night!

Sleep improvement

My bedroom was always 2-3 degrees colder than the rest of the house. Adding a temperature sensor and scheduling it for around the time I normally sleep allowed me to automate what was once a manual process of adjusting for sleep comfort.
