Great Product

Easy enough to set up my myself with intuitive instructions. The unit works well and after a couple of weeks, the learning thermostat has things figured out and will save me money over my old thermostat.

Awesome

Installed all on my own on a two wire setup super easy although I need to connect a c-wire I will be correcting this issue in the summer I really enjoy using this thermostat I will never go back to anything less

Nest Thermostat

Thermostat works well overall. Consistent problem with it staying linked to the home WiFi. Have tried numerous fixes for this, but I've come to the conclusion that it will need to be replaced. Never had this issue with my Honeywell thermostat.

Easy setup

So easy to set up in about a half hour. I did need to add the power adapter (no C-wire), but the thermostat works just fine without it. So, if you don't want to check for the C-wire before you order and install the thermostat, no problem. It runs fine on the included batteries. The Google Home app will find it easily, and you're all set to program it to your needs.

Good buy

It works well and fun to annoy my wife with. Fun to play with the temp on my phone from work.

No c-wire

It says you do not need a c wire but you do. Ugh, so it does not work and I need to get a c wire.

Disappointed

After installing and thermostat running well for about a week, the thermostat has gone off line. It isn’t our internet because our other smart thermostat is online. Since we are away, we can not get it back online until we return. Disappointed!

The Nest Therm

I absolutely don't like this product for my home. It's smaller than I thought it would be and it's hard for me to adjust the dial manually - if needed. Also, I still can't seem to set it on a schedule of my preference using the app on my phone.

Nest C wire power adapter

Why the nest does not come with the C wire power adapter ? Why does it not ask what the insulation is in a home? It want to setback the temperature regardless of how insulated the home is. I want my money back or sent me the C wire adapter.

Nest Thermostat

We love the Nest thermostat. It is stylish, ones in a variety of colors, can be set to different temperatures throughout the day, and best of all it can be controlled from my phone when I'm home or away.

Nest Thermostat

I don't know what took me so long to buy and install the Nest! This thermostat is programmable for daytime and nighttime hours and this can also include weekend hours Nest offers Eco settings to help cut your heating/cooling costs. I think the best part is the ability to control your home temperature remotely from your phone using the Google Home app. Highly recommend!

Great

So far my thermostat has been working great. Its only be about 3 weeks. I just truing figure out how to make changes on the thermostat itself along with my phone appt. Its makes my HVAC work great!

Nest Thermostat

Wonderful easy to work and no need to drill also, its hold with existing wires. I used to get a cracking sound when it switches on or off with previous thermostat, with this those are avoided, easy to work with and gives out all the details and updates, what more you need. Thank you goggle for the nest !!

We have not had it very long and there is a little bit of a learning curve at first! Now that we have a better understanding about the process we love it!

Nest

Just had installed and still learning about device but so far great. Had to call for help finding the app connection, but since then seems to be working like I expected. Love the away feature.

Good Thermostat

Installed easily. Must have a common wire source at the furnace/boiler/heat pump/control box. If your wall is not wired with a common wire there is a Google adapter available. The product uses the Google Home app rather than the Nest app. I find the Google Home settings easier to program than those on the Nest app but some people get wild about lack of compatibility with the Nest app so just be aware. My wife likes the mirror finish on the face. The manual setting adjustments are done via touch ...

What a difference

I never realized that a new and improved thermostat could make a difference. Our air conditioning unit would run off/on continuously with a "thump" every time it would start. Now after installing the new thermostat, it never does that and it keeps the house at a perfect temp. The icing on the cake is we can control it from our phone...loving my new thermostat!

Lack of screen view settings

If in general it works, good google home integration, but it has its own understanding about which kind of information i need to see first. So, every time i need to perform additional clicking to see something like current humidity, not the current set device settings.
