Pins are crap

 Would Not Recommend

I bought this because I needed a moisture meter in a hurry. Its reading were kind of close but the pins bent the first time i stuck it into a floor joist. At least they included a second set. Recommend ising this for light jobs, not in a crawl space for a real estate inspection.

Helped find seasoned wood

I have been having trouble with purchasing firewood. They all claim to be seasoned, buying this inexpensive tool solved the problem, I was instantly able to check a delivery and turned down a couple as they were well over 20% moisture. Now I can easily start fires that burn efficiently and heat my home.
