Used to detect possible moisture in a interior wall and did it's job. Saved me from tearing the wall out go find the same solution. Wall was dry.

works great! really helps to pinpoint moisture problem areas. I was concerned at first with having to use the pins to stick the walls and wood area. I was afraid I would be leaving noticeable holes in the walls but it is a small probe about the size of a straight pin and the holes are not noticeable. Great product and easy to use. Moisture meter

Appears to work as advertised. I had a piece of cedar that had been left out in the rain which gave a very high reading, a piece of pine left in .the garage resulted in a lower reading and the trim in my sunroom gave a reading in the range suitable for painting.

A must have for flood damaged homes

Love it - able to check moisture levels in walls without cutting sheetrock. tells us where to replace insulation and/or sheetrock. Takes the guesswork out of the areas

Works great for testing flooded houses

As part of Disaster Relief team, I got this to test moisture in homes flooded during Hurricane Florence. Worked great and could show homeowners definitely how much moisture was in their walls and floors.

Good value, does what it should

I had some cherry and apple felled and wanted to be sure that the wood was ready to be turned or slabbed. This meter gives me instant readings as to the moisture content within the wood. It is super easy to use. Remove the cap & point protectors, turn it on and press it to the wood. Uses it to test my studs and drywall after the house flooded due to Hurricane Florence. Works as expected. No issues so far.
