Power Still Out
Would Not RecommendAfter waiting for 1.5 years for delivery/installation and numerous reschedules with installation, We have had 2 power outages since installing this product and both times it did NOT turn on. The first time I managed to manually start it at 3 AM, but this time (2 AM in the freezing rain) it would not start. We even had the installers out after the first failure to work on it. I was assured they found the issue and fixed it. Well, we are without power again. Thanks Lowe's!!!

Generator is Flawless,everything else, not so much
Would RecommendSilly long process if you do not have a gas meter installed & live in an area covered by TECO Energy/People's Gas. I would advise you hold off on your Generac purchase once you have a meter. However, once the meter is in, the Generac install goes relatively easy. Make sure your project manager is committed to being your advocate as well as dealing with Lowes Corporate is less than a positive experience. Lightforce is the contractors they use to install in my area, and I wish that I had known...
