Would Not RecommendThis Generator arrived leaking with a main gasket (oil) leak, drained battery and ran rough. I contacted Generac and Lowes. Lowes insisted service was to be done by Generacs service department. Finally, my unit was repaired after months of back and fourth and yesterday I received an invoice for $2,575.89 for repairs to the unit (that the Generac service authorized dealer did ). Would RecommendThe generac 24kw generator was delivered on the day I was told it would be. It will be installed in the next few days. The wife will be happy to not sit in the dark for 10-12 hours the way we recently did due to a bad storm. We have a well and when the power goes out we have no water.

Would Not RecommendWe purchased this generator and unpacked it in the fall. It took a few months to get all our infrastructure in for propane and electricity and to create a concrete pad for this. The generator cost $6000 and the infrastructure another $15,000 or so. We go to open the inside to connect it and it is completely rusted and corroded! Would RecommendIt has not been installed yet but working with Lowes rep for the generator has been a pleasant surprise. All contacts have been knowledgeable and made all appointment and arrived on time and Trademark sent me a picture of the gentleman that was coming. Fireplace installers were excellent as well keeping me informed of their arrival and doing the paperwork I needed. All this made it very easy for the ArchiTectural person that came to inspect and approve my request.
