Installation is going to be a problem.

The product is fine. It’s the installation that I don’t like. Big problems with getting permission from electric company. So I’m told. It’s been delayed for days. The installer showed up on Tuesday. Said he would come on back on Wednesday. Didn’t show up or call. He’s almost done. That’s what he told me. The rest is up to the electric company opening up the meter. This problem reflects on Lowes. Great System!

I had a 23KVA system installed at my house in June of 2020. I was kind of disappointed that I did not have my electric go out for about a year and a half. It finally happened in December 2021 and was out for over four hours. Our Generac came on and within seconds the power was back on at our house. It powered our entire hours as advertised. Missing transfer switch

There are a hundred different points to this issue but the most pressing one is that the we ordered a whole house generator that was to include a whole house transfer switch and we are now caught in a battle between the East Richmond VA.Lowe's store and Generac because Generac insists that the switch was sent with the generator but it wasn't delivered and is Lowe's responsibility. Lowe's is saying they never received the switch, they do not stock the switch and it's Generac's responsibility. ...
