We have 3 one for our garage .one for our cabin and one for back up for house. The stand behind there warrant. Excellent product.

Screwie screws

The only complaint I have about my generator is that the Allen key screws that hold the sheet metal in place are a mix of af and metric . It starts easy and is not to loud.

Starts easy!

I live in northern Quebec and w i bought the 3250 i asked myself if i should go automatic starter or manual. i got the manual and have no regret at -40 F+ wind chill 3 shots and it started eveytime just pause 30 seconds for sure between try or it might not start!

nice to know its there if i need it

just sits in the garage, but if i need it, i'll need it.

This product is a solid workhorse. Very reliable

I have only used this once but from what I observed this is a solid product. I was able to run a sump pump and well pump with ease

Nice heavy frame, reliable power output. Despite the weight,easy to move with the standard wheel/handle kit.

Awesome product

It starts the first or second pull even in cold weather. It is fairly quiet for the size. It puts out the advertised power. The only feature missing in the 3 KW version is an idle-down with no load. It runs full blast when on and has good voltage regulation with varying loads.

Works well and portable

The power went out again and needed something to run the freezer and a few lights. I wanted someting portable as well. The price was good too. Fired up without issue and works well.

bought this unit for our camper, serves the purpose, easy to start and easy maintenance. just wish it were a little quieter!!

One awesome generator

There are not many words to express how great a Generac generator is. Choosing this generator was one of the best decisions that I have made even though there are bigger generators this one meets the needs that I have and I wouldn't order any other generator besides a Generac.

Saved the day

Ok so we live in Rural sierra Nevda mountains and have been in our home since 1985 over 30 years. Our power is usually affected every year when we have snow and cold temps. This year is the worst drought of our lives and with warm temps we were losing our food in our fridge quick. This generator saved us. Great product !!!

love it

I purchased thus gen about a month ago now and i have nothing but positive feedback. I bought this to keep on my truck for job site power and also for taking into the woods to build tree stands. The 27ish amps is plenty for what i am using it for. It is also good piece of mind that if my power goes out i can run my oil furnace and a few other little things. Over all i love it

Perfect for the price

I bought this generator to run a blower for times where electricity isn't made available at cattle shows. It's compact and lightweight enough to make it hassle free moving between shows. Additionally, it is quiet enough to not give you a headache from hearing it drone all day. The only thing I would change about this is that it lacks an hourmeter. I added one at the cost of about $40, but that feature would have been nice from the factory. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Mixed Review

The first model I bought was a floor model that someone had returned. It ran for 10 minutes then shut off repeatedly. The store exchanged it for a new one. The new one was easy to assemble and easy to start. After periodic use over 3 months the generator stopped working although the engine ran great. The warranty repair was pretty easy to schedule. I'll have to see how long the repaired unit runs.

I almost wished for the power to go out

We have suffered through a few bad storms in the last couple of years so I broke down with this blizzard bearing down on us and the fearcasters predicting widespread power outages and I bought this Generac unit. It was easy to assemble and ran great right out of the box. It was all set and ready to go and then....only 10 inches of snow - not 30. And no power outage. I was almost a little sad. Almost.

Essential tool

It is important to have those items which help you survive in place. This is one of those items. Simple, dependable, efficient, it is irresponsible not to own this generator.
