Dialysis Patient

I am a home dialysis patient, so I need to have electricity to complete my treatments. Whenever the electricity goes out, or even flutters, the Generac automatically kicks on and I never lose power. My only concern was the installer didn't stick around to help me set up the mobile link app on my phone. He had somewhere else to be but said someone would contact me to set it up. It's been a year and still no help with mobile link set up.

PEACE OF MIND

We are so very happy to have our new generator. It's a peace of mind that we never had before. The WIFI and app really make it easy to use and also to know if any maintenance is due as well as testing itself every week. We love it!

Generac Home House Generator

I recently purchased the 18k whole house generator due to the recent weather events and various power outages. I like the Generac reputation as well as the warranty.

We bought this generator a month ago. Installation was completed in a timely manner. Weekly tests are conducted and haven’t experienced any issues.

bought about a year ago but didn't get installed until fall of last year had a master electrician out here to get thing done right and approved by inspector and W.E. . programed and bingo all weas well an operating as it should

Hesitant at first

I didn’t want it but my wife did. I said we won’t need it very much. After it was installed, there were 2 weekends in the following month that we needed it the whole week end. I changed my mind on our need of it. Ran everything we used.

Dependable

This is my third move in the Province of Alberta in the last 12 years. In each of these premises, a Generac was installed. They are reliable when needed.

New Whole house generator

The generator does what it is suppose to do very well, it's been a savor for a couple storms and power outages. But I have been made aware that the generator should be shut down after prolonged outages intermittently. Which I'm trying to understand what one does when you're away for a prolonged period of time and there is a prolonged outage while you're away?

Too soon to know since we have not a Outage but so far the test are running good

Rock solid and there when you need it!

Reliable and great mobile app. Upgraded from an older less powerful Generac and glad we did! We have a B&S unit at another property and it is junk.
