Reliable during a 4 day power outage

I bought my 22KW wifi enabled unit in April of 2024 along with a service contract from my authorized installer. For the 18 months the unit reliably performed its weekly check run along with providing power during half a dozen power outages that typically lasted from 15 minutes to 2 hours. Great investment!

Living in Maine we experience the uncertainty of power outages. We are retired and the ease and peace of mind during storms has been wonderful. Wish we’d invested years ago.

So glad that we purchased this product. We live in a rural area prone to power outages.

I have had my generator for 1 year. Love it. Great investment. Peace of mind just knowing that it’s there. I have used it a few times, generator comes on seconds after a power outage. My home functions don’t skip a beat during a storm. Definitely recommend.

Happy With My New Generac Generator

I am very pleased with my Generac generator. The sales, installation and support processes have been stellar. I feel very confident that when the power goes out that we will be protected and safe with our Generac generator.

Generac Home Generator

We purchased our generator in March of 2026. Although we have not had a need for it yet, we are confident when we do need back up power it will work as designed. We were very happy with Storm Electric who did the installation.

I bought the 26 kw generator 1 year ago and I used it twice. It has done well to this point with no problem!

Nice product

I purchased this 22 W backup generator about a month and a half ago and hope it works when I really need it. The installation went well and on time however I was not given any instructions on how the generator works or what I should do other than calling them if there’s a problem, I was given no information on how to set up the monitoring app on my cell phone at all so I have it on and I guess it’s OK but that’s about it.

Bought 2 months ago and not satisfied ,Contractor had to Come 4 weeks straight to deal with low fuel pressure fault/shutdown during weekly exercise. Not very confident that generator will work properly during loss of power due to these issues Contractor who installed where outstanding

We bought this a year ago or more and I am very happy with the performance. It does what it’s supposed to do.

Whole house backup power

Haven't had any lengthy power outages since installation. Yet to undergo any lengthy running episode. Wifi not very reliable regarding connectivity and usability.
