perfect for me

Very happy with the battery life, sleep tracking, and heart rate. Haven't had a chance to try the tracking features but it fits in nicely with my other Garmin products.

Great Features

I have had my Instinct Solar now for over a month and I absolutely love it. I'm currently Active Duty Army and this watch helps alot. From the GPS Features to the Fitness Features there is always something it can do. The Solar Feature is no Gimmick as well, it works amazingly and when I'm out in the sun it charges the watch quickly.

Customer service

I have had the watch for awhile and it has been great. Started having issues with it shutting down and rebooting and not charging all the way. Called customer service and was asked a few questions and they told me they’re going to replace it. I will always go with for their awesome customer services. Thank you!

Links to app but won't store history

Worked fine for years. But now daily data won't store into history

Great watch

I’ve had the watch for a couple weeks and no problems at all really easy to get used to the interface and buttons. The app is also great with perks like linking garmin to my fitness pal for calorie tracking

hard to use

I have a hard time using much more then the clock function. I wish I could use all of the features.

Horrible product

Have not had device long and it shuts off randomly. Did all the troubleshooting and nothing. Will never buy another Garmin product again.

Should have bought 2X model

Night view washed out and not user friendly. I would not buy again.

Love the watch

After a few weeks, I'm comfortable using the watch. Great features. I'd give it a 5 if it would allow you to change the step count. I coordinate it with my phone.

Good but display options hard to set up

A really good watch. My problem is too many displays- I don’t need phone or calendars display pages.

Much more than a fitness device.

I love my watch so much that I had to get one for my husband. Although he was reluctant because of the price, we decided to purchase one for him anyways. We are not athletes but do stay active with hiking, biking and kayaking. The first day my husband wore the watch he mentioned his HR was at 35 bpm with inactivity. The battery life is unsurpassed. It equals any smart watch on the market. Easily legible displays.

Rugged adventure watch without all the fluff

Been on a few hikes, through a thunderstorm, strength training and casual walks. Great battery life, simple interface and very few "smart" features (which is a bonus to me). Love the simplicity of it. It's a fairly chunky watch, but not too bad. I have insanely thin wrists and it doesn't look bad at all.

I do a lot of beck country hiking and hunting. I love the GPS and the fact that it will recharge itself.
