I had a Apple Watch for fitness. Thought it would be a great more accurate way to do workouts to switch to the garmin. They don’t have a way to track yoga;(. Not very intuitive or easy to use. Pretty disappointed. And won’t update my notifications accurately without a complicated and frustrating task oriented way!

Works well. Clearly made out of cheaper material but that's to be expected since it is a cheaper model. Good bang for your buck!

Solid improvement over old Fitbit
I received mine for Christmas. I've been very happy with the display and sensors, and especially with the battery life. It's nice that I can always see the time on the display (unless I'm sitting in the dark...) without having to do some weird wrist-flick to get the display on. My one gripe is with the vibrating alarm. I'm used to the old Fitbit, which did a good job of waking me up. In comparison, the Forerunner's vibration is anemic.

Great Watch for Average Runners
Everything you need to track general activity as well as running, cycling, etc.. Watch display may seem small but all of the data is easy to read and can be customized to your preferences. Once you get used to the buttons the watch is easy to navigate. If battery life was better I would give it 5 stars.

Great Features
I received Forerunner 45 as a Christmas gift. I love the features-heart rate, sleep, body battery, etc. I think they are great for giving me a constant way to monitor and take better care of my general health. The only thing I dislike is the display. There is no setting available to increase brightness. It is quite dim which makes the smaller icons/values harder to read. Overall a great fitness watch.

I got this watch since 2019 and for real she is doing very good. I got everything I need from my steps in a day to an estimation of my VO2MAX and with the 3 GPS' data that are downloading along the run are very accurate

Bad quality
Honestly wasn’t what I thought... graphics are bad for the price tbh I expected more for this watch. I was excited for it but oh well hopefully they have other ones that have better graphics :)

Nice Watch
Overall great watch. It has a little bit of everything for one of the lower end watches but does everything I need it to. Screen resolution isn't as crisp as I thought it would be but then again, it'a watch... I didn't want a phone on my wrist and that what I got. Happy with my purchase. I use it to track my hikes and biking but will probably invest in a head unit for biking as well.

Difficult for seniors to use
Received as a gift, directions are terrible. If I didn't find a phone number and a wonderful rep who spent more than an hour with me getting the watch set up, it would have landed in the local landfill. Very difficult to use not worth the effort.
