Ordered this item to match other films used in our house, but was looking for a narrower version to reduce wasted material. However, when we got this in, it wasn't "Frosted" like the 48" wide version we got, instead it was a "Rice Paper" look, which didn't match the other film. Lowe's needs to update the description to properly read "Rice Paper" for this item to differentiate from the "Frosted" version.

Easy to install and coverage. Had to place film on both sides to have full affect of privacy

Would Not RecommendToo many instructions and when followed, the film still curled. Also, at times it was hard to cut certain parts of the edge of the film. Not worth the money. Not recommended. I brought a $8 self-ahensive film from an online store that was much easier to handle.

Would RecommendFollow the instruction, easy to do. Best if you use there spray solution and a squeegee used for putting on glass film or decals. Cut a little bigger then trim with a razor knife.

Would Not RecommendBought this for 3 big windows, and bought the application kit. Followed directions exactly. Overnight it all fell off the window. A sticky mess of window film stuck to itself, got it back on the window, and after a few hours it was curling off and falling down again. Hours of my life I will never get back. I'm returning. Very disappointed, do not recommend.

Absolute fail
Would Not RecommendAfter cutting and starting to install noticed a couple of areas of big white shapes in it. I think they might have come from the instructions that were wrapped up in the roll. You can actually feel the edges of the shapes where they are raised. The one on the left bottom edge is making it so the film will not seal so it is causing it to roll up. Would RecommendI bought the kit to put this on and two of us did 2 windows in our garage. We really wet it down , so use a lot. It would be hard to do by yourself and the directions recommend having another Person for this job. So far it’s great
