Great washing machine with finicky touch controls
So far after 2 wks use, the washer works pretty well. The tumble wash feature and spin cycle really removes most of the wash moisture, shortening dry time. The touch controls can be finicky and sometimes unresponsive to touch when trying to change settings.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was disappointed that the door was not reversible as advertised. The hardware is reversible but the wiring for the door lock is not present on the opposite side as shown in the video, so it won't lock and be operational that way.

Would Not RecommendI have had this machine for 2 years now and last week I went to do a load and the door would not open. When I called they told me sorry it was out of warranty. Funny thing my neighbor has the same washer and his did the same thing. When I asked about the "10" year warranty They said only on the motor. Sad I will never buy another GE again

Tried Samsung washer/dryer. The sounds too loud, washer door wouldn't close, and dryer sounds like a tennis shoe was in drum even empty! Thank you GE, we now have a quiet dryer, a washer will reasonable soft chime and a door magnet setting for moisture release! 10 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
