Damaged in box prior to delivery

When this washing machine arrived, I was available when it was taken out of the box. Upon review, it was damaged before the box was opened. Working with a Lowe's office representative, I received a fair discount to keep the dented machine. She was professional and very considerate of the current situation. On February 4, 2026, we purchased this machine along with an extended warranty, to replace our 25 yr. old Kenmore. The new machine was delivered the next day, Feb. 5. We fired it up with the first load and couldn't believe the racket it was making. There was a loud banging. It sounded like someone was hitting it with a baseball bat. The fine gentlemen that delivered our washer were wonderful! Extremely respectful & helpful & very personable & busted their butts getting this machine into our narrow stairway & laundry room! It was a very hot day & they went above & beyond & we would recommend them to everyone!

Feature lacking

Item # 7 in instruction book:Optional,instructions on how to reverse the door. I did everything but there was no wire harness on the opposite side to plug the door switch into! No where in any information did it state that my model did not have this capability!

Love Her (Vent her when done washing), Open Shoot

Love her. Washes clothes so well. I use quick wash frequently. Add level of soil to increase quick wash a few minutes. Vent her and clean her filter. I have noticed a mildewy smell when I don't use the vent feature when Im done washing for the day. When Im done washing for the day I do take detergent shoot out and drain water. I put back and leave open to dry. I flip the little detergent spout up. I then vent for however long. Usually until door has minimal condensation on glass. I then leave do...

Quick wash cycles does not work

I am forced to use a full wash because clothes are always soaked with water when I chose the quick wash option. Not happy with this washer.

Efficient

we love that when next to each other, washer then dryer, the doors open up perfectly to where you are just moving one to the other easily and efficiently. no worrying about having to open one and close the other saving you exactly 10 seconds when doing laundry.

Satisfactory Front-Loading Washer

This model does a good job overall at washing fabrics. It also has a nice look and a large capacity. I really like front-loading models because they seem to do a better job of washing clothes as well as larger items like comforters and sleeping bags. It is fairly quiet and has a sufficient number of wash cycle options. It also lacks features that I found unnecessary, like steam cleaning and a "towels" cycle. Amazing Washer – Feels Like a Ferrari!

This washer is amazing! It is spacious, beautiful, and works perfectly. I love the large capacity and how easy it is to use. It makes laundry much more convenient, and I feel like I upgraded from a regular car to a Ferrari! Highly recommended.
