Clueless salesperson

No mention by salesperson that it did not come with a riser. Had to purchase another $200 riser when I already had one on the GE appliance that was hauled away! 🤬

Unhappy with Lowes, not product.

Product is good, but the check out process was bad. I went to Lowes because of my military discount and or the discount you advertise when buying appliances. After all paper work was done I was told I couldn't have the discount because your commercial customers were taking advantage of said discounts. Never again.

Poor delivery and install

Delivery crew was lazy and did not reverse doors as requested in instructions. Did not install adjustable feet on pedestals. Not level and shakes. They used a piece of Styrofoam to stop the machine from rocking. Also, no nylon ties for tie down for drain hose. After they left, I called them and they said they would return in 40 minutes. They never returned. Then after a follow up call to dispatch, they told me they couldn’t make an appointment for five days to correct the problem. And no specifi...

On February 4, 2026, we purchased this machine along with an extended warranty, to replace our 25 yr. old Kenmore. The new machine was delivered the next day, Feb. 5. Exceeding expectations

After about 4 months of use, really enjoying this washer. The capacity is more than adequate, and can accommodate bulky items like blankets. Super quiet, and spins the clothes very dry, cutting down on dryer cycles.

Worked as expect

Just used it for 4 consecutive loads. So far so good. I’m hoping that new seal and vent system will keep it from growing mold. I live in Florida. We have a lot of humidity so fingers crossed.

Good dryer, you cannot put sneakers in it as it will stop mid cycle, the controls are on the top, so if you're stacking them understand that you will have to reach the top. Otherwise this is an amazing dryer, connect to WiFi and Alexa/Google home

We believe that it's an excellent product with practical features "things you really use" with a few really nice extra. We especially like the Ultrafresh Vent feature to keep odors from growing over time which happens to some front loaders. Octavia helped me procure it, and she did a great job - very professional too!

Everything went according to plan until, the door of the washer was to be changed to open from left to right, and the installer could not do it due to the door wiring harness was only on the right side of the door and none was on the left. This is making it harder to load and unload.
