Old school looking lights

Very colorful light string

They are Christmas lights and they look pretty. Only complaint is the blue lights tend to fade quickly in the sunlight.

Just like from when I was a kid, so I knew they would get very hot, but that’s fine for us. We only connected 2 strands and then plugged them into to an extension cord. Then we did 2 more strands and plugged them into another extension cord. We plugged each extension cord into the power strip. Worked as expected.

These lights are fine

I really like the old-fashioned bulbous Christmasy lights, so I got these to hang on my deck. Well, as I was weaving the string through the nooks and crannies of the deck, the cord fell and a couple of bulbs broke. The string still worked, but I would have liked to replace the broken bulbs. I wish there were some (one?) spare bulb in the box. Ney, there was not. So, I had to order the spares separately.

Lights are bright and colorful

I have been please with the brightness of these large bulbs. The colors really stand out. The bulbs get a little warm but not enough to burn my curious preschooler who just had to touch them.

Exactly like classic Incandescent C9s should be

I'm sorry but I question if any of these negative reviews actually remember classic c9 lights. These get warm, but not hotter than they should. Incandescent lights produce light by heating metal hot enough to produce light. Kelvin's often used to describe light temperature at one point was used to describe the actual temperature required to produce such a wave length. So the hotter the kelvins, the cooler the color. Plug in lights at store before taking them home.

Bought 6 strings of lights-got home and strung everything out and two of the strings did not work.

Worked for 1 minute

Worst lights we’ve ever bought. We checked them before we put them up and they worked. Lined the entire house with them. Plugged them in for the big reveal, and they worked for 1 minute and then all burned out and will not turn back on. We’ve tried different extension cords, different outlets, etc. Nothing works. They’re dead. So disappointed.

Definitely DO NOT recommend.

You can old connect two strands. They break easy and the color rubs off easily.

I see you commenting on all the reviews hoping I can get some insight. I purchased the 16ft strands. I didn’t read the specs like a novice but they also didn’t have the length I needed. So I ran them all together. Plugged it in and they lit up for literally have a second lol. After reading all these reviews, I see you’re saying only 2 strands per plug. These lights are beautiful,but a nightmare.After 2 hours of installing them on my home they lasted about 5 minutes.They get very hot ,very fast and lasted about 5 minutes before all blowing out.What a waste of time and money
