Note:I did attempt to email the company through their official channel about two weeks ago and received a, “Thanks for your email, we’ll reply within 3 days”-then nothing since. Would Not RecommendI bought the lights after Christmas for a New Year party. Out of the box one light was out. O. K. Benefit of the doubt. By the time I put them on a tree, three lights were out. O. K. I bought some more to fill in those lights. By the time I returned to the string, SEVERAL lights were out. I returned to the store and was told they don't return Christmas lights after Christmas. I suppose one could argue that I bought them after Christmas 2024 and so there are 360 plus days to Christmas . . ...
