Very disappointed!

I purchased multiple strings of these lights(18) to do outdoor lights at our church. I have used GE lights at my own house for both indoor and outdoor lighting, so to have a major issue with them was a surprise. I wish I had read the reviews first. These lights were installed the first week of December. At that time they were all operational, at least until this past week. It started with two sections of two strands going out. Lasted 1 year

Bought 4 or 5 light sets of the C9 lights. In December of 2021 & only used them for one month. Took them out this year and two or three sets no longer worked. I used the remainder sets and they lasted a few days before a whole section went out. I called Lowe’s and they said I could only exchange it if they have them in stock, which they don’t. And I can’t call the company that made them because they would require my receipt which I don’t have! Ugh save yourself a nightmare and don’t buy these.

Stopped working

Have only had these for two weeks and they all stopped working. Super disappointed.

Very bright

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in love with these Christmas lights and how bright they are!!! Also I love how long this stand is.. seems to be longer then done but also how clear they are!! Great product of course they go up easily with a staple gun around my deck and look fantastic

Expensive for one year use

Lovely when they work…. One goes out the entire string goes out… I have 5 strings and not one light

I purchased five rows of lights. Half of them worked after getting them home.

Save your money and frustration

Purchased a 25 bulb and a 75 bulb stand of these LED lights. The 25 bulb strand doesn't illuminate and half of the 75 bulb strand does not illuminate. This is disappointing because I also have some older generic LED lights that work with no issues.

Garbage

These might be ok if you don’t mind replacing them every year, but they won’t last longer than that.

We bought this roll of lights to go with the 5 others we purchased in store to go around the outside of our house. Our lights have only been up for 1 week and the strand is partially burnt out. It’s so frustrating because they’re in the middle and are brand new!! We’ve bought this brand before and usually get 2 years out of them before they start going out and need replaced.

Was Great

Got these lights last year and they looked great. This year after being stored on the same roll in a water tight bin one of the strands is half lit, and the other strand has two out. I changed the fuses and was going to get some bulb replacements, but after reading the reviews this is a common problem. Rather than waste my money on a replacement string or waste time diagnosing, it looks like it is a better option to go with a different brand all together.

Bought last year, multiple strands, stored in plastic tubs on off season and none of my strands work again this year. Checked fuses and outlets. What a waste of money

SAVE receipt Used one season and now the whole string wont light WASTE of MONEY. Hard to find replacement bulbs also

Fool Me Once Shame on You...

We purchased various lengths of these last year to wrap around our yard, complete with the 3-YEAR WARRANTY. They worked fine last season, but when we tested them (tested fine) and put them up this year, a string and a half stopped working. Now that they've got us (since we have to buy the same type to replace the ones from last year) we bought another string of lights only to have the new lights go out on us also. only work 1 season 3 weeks

Bought 6 75 bulb strands in 2021 and 3 stopped working. The 2 100ft strands I bought in 2020 only 1 works. Both were only used for season. Waste of money. These lights need a recall.

Lights failed within a couple weeks

These lights are terrible. Like other reviews, half the string went out a couple weeks after I put them up. That section is either off completely or flickering and making a buzzing sound. Scary. I bought them in the store and would not have if I had seen these reviews ahead of time. Lowes should stop carrying this brand.

Quality lights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These GE StayBright lights are very good quality and i can see them lasting much longer than normal Christmas lights. You can connect up to 25 sets of these lights together and they are 12 feet long. They look like glass bulbs but seem to be a very strong plastic and they are absolutely beautiful when lit up.
