So far, so good!
Would RecommendI just bought and installed thus a/c the same day. It wasn't as hot out as it could get on a given day, but it seemed to cool my room which is about a 10x12. The only reason I rated it 4 stars is because I haven't had a really hot day to test if it can cool under these conditions. Some of the items recommended for proper installation, like foam tape, was not included; so I had to run put and buy some.

Would RecommendPerfect for our 19‘ x 11‘ room. Most of the time we keep it on the lowest fan power and that is sufficient. I only wish that the air direction vents were movable so that I could sometimes pointed up or down right or left, but they are fixed so that cannot be done. Great value for the price.

Cools great but Installing was hard
Would RecommendReplacing my 10 year old air conditioner which was always easy to install compared to this one. the when installing side curtain does not have support to help hold on to window like the other one did and only has top metal support when the window is already closed. Also the bottom on the other one had a dented in area where the bottom of the window could fit. this one does not and now i have a space under my AC it is small but at night a bug can crawl under. i added a picture i will cover with t...

It's adequate for a small room
Would RecommendI purchased it for a small room about 10 x 20. I keep a thermometer in the room as that is where my hamster enclosures are. It is always a few degrees warmer than the a/c thermostat is set at, sometimes as much as 5 degrees. The door to the room is closed and the shades are drawn.

Nice & Cool

Great little A/C
Would RecommendThis A/C fit perfectly in the window and was very easy to assemble and install. It has a couple of features that we like, for example "auto" fan speed and ECO. This works great at night to regulate the temperature of the room.

Surprisingly Quiet
Would RecommendOperates effectively. Good remote. Eco mode works wonderfully so the unit goes on/off on its own, just set the temperature and forget it. Operates quietly. Seems like a good product, only time will tell how long that lasts.
