Nice little air conditioner

I had to replace a 12 year old unit in my bedroom and bought this one. I am a 69 year old lady and installed it by myself! OMG!! This air conditioner really cools good!! I can't wait to sleep tonight in a cold room!

Doesn't cool room. And flash clean filter light,

Doesn't cool my 11' x11' room. Clean filter light flashes even though I cleaned it. Also filter was hard to put back in AC.

Wonderful A/C unit

Works great for a temporary fix. We lost our central air during hurricane Ian. We bought this to help cool the house until we could get our central A/C replaced.

COOLS GREAT BUT MAKES ALOT OF NOISE

I just received this window AC unit as a gift for my birthday and I just had it installed it's great and cool awesome but it makes so much noise I have no idea why and not when the air is kicking on or off it makes a wobbling sound does anyone else have this issue... The unit is compact and it fits anywhere.

This particular unit worked for 32 days and it quit working.

The air conditioner doesn't cool as described. We set it at the lowest setting but room usually registers in the low 70 degree range.

Somewhat noisy and Eco mode is useless

Eco mode is where the unit shuts the fan off when cooling is not needed. But, without the movement of air through the unit, it doesn't sense the change in room temperature properly. I found the room temperature right next to the unit could be 4 or 5 degrees higher than the unit was set to maintain, and the unit would not come on. Apparently, the temperature sensor is located so far within the unit that without the flow of air from continuous fan operation, the unit can't do a good job of main...

Does not cool very well

I'm not thrilled. The room is 244 SF, and this unit does not cool it well at all. The compresser constantly turns on and off, even when it is in normal mode, and not energy save mode. I'm not sure why it would do this. It seems it should only be doing that in energy save, it does it all the time. A 6,000BTU should do the job for this size room. I have a 5,00 BTU in another room the same size, and it is great.(mechanical)

saves money and works

my central was not doing its job. bought two of these for my small rental. my home has never felt this good. at 74 degrees its dry and comfortable.

Works terrific for a smaller unit!

I needed a smaller unit, as my new windows are small. This unit cools my whole living room and kitchen easily!

GE Window AC

This purchase was for a replacement unit because the prior unit blew the air upward and did not cool the space. This unit puts the cool air where it is needed.
