Washer and dryer are beautiful but I haven’t been able to use them yet, as the installers set the washer going on the shortest cycle, left immediately and - as the machine hit the first empty/spin cycle - it flooded my utility room floor. I’m still waiting for the GE tech to come and check it out! Also, it’s a bit difficult to reach the controls on the dryer with the units ‘stacked’… might have to get a platform to stand on!

Love the auto dispense of laundry detergent
So far so good. Love the smart dispenser for the laundry detergent. Clothes come out smelling nice, clean and spun out very well. I'm still trying to figure out how to get "my settings" to work. Using the app with this machine and it's nice to get the notification that I have x amount of time left for the wash cycle. It even notifies me when the laundry has sat in the washing machine for x mins after the end of the cycle. No complaints so far. Time will tell. My last washing machine from...

Would RecommendLOVE. LOVE. LOVE this washer! This washer has features that I don’t even know existed! It has Bluetooth to let you know when the washer is finished, it has a dry clothes feature and LOADS more! It’s a nice, big, efficient washer! I absolutely love it!

Would Not RecommendIs louder than I would like on spin cycle; Lid to fill with detergent should open other so heavy bottle of soap can rest on dryer; although I appreciate the venting feature I do laundry frequently so feel like it’s running a lot.

Be prepared to replace parts after 1 yr warranty

Beautiful Set for Nana
Getting the pedestal and washer together was a little confusing until we read the manual instructions. Heads up, always read the manuals provided. It helps preventing mistakes. Today is the day we out it together. The set looks beautiful! I am excited to use it. Next step is reading how to use the washer. It's going to be exciting. All this smart technology makes life easy.

The last washer we had was nothing but trouble from the beginning, so I did plenty of research this time. GE Profile fit the quality expectation and price range, so we bought 3 appliances, and are happy with all of them. Most importantly, these appliances are quiet.
