So far it works beautifully! The feature of steam is really nice, as is the app/wifi functionality. The only thing that bothers me is I can't seem to adjust the sound even following the manual instructions. The venting after my last cycle of the day left the gadket bone dry! Just remember to open the detergent drawer the next day, as it was still wet. The matching dryer with steam has been awesome too.

Would Not RecommendAt first, I loved this washing machine. Super pricey, but I did loads of research and this washer had excellent reviews. Now that it’s 5 months past the 1 year warranty, it’s broken and we will have to pay to repair. It cancels the cycle after it fills with water and won’t drain. Horrible experience, just paid this washer off a few months back. I’ve given it regular maintenance and taken really good care of it. For such an expensive unit, I would have expected it to last much longer than this. W...
