Clean, Quiet, and DRY!

The added jets on the silverware and on the top rack are a really nice touch. Almost forgot to mention how quiet this one is. You can hardly tell it’s running. We can run it while watching our shows without having to crank up the tv

Best dishwasher I’ve ever owned

Faulty door

The door to the dishwasher broke less than 6 months from installation. (Note: bought new GE profile refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Stove does not heat correctly; refrigerator has a short and the dishwasher door broke). I do not recommend buying GE Profile appliances. Reliability can't be trusted.

Bad Buy

Does not clean. Soggy dishes always with some dirt. Don't buy. You have to hand dry and clean most of dishes by hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher works really well. The only complaint is the lower and upper racks do not roll out easily. My previous GE Profile dishwasher was much easier and smoother. Seems like the new one was a victim of cost cutting at the expense of quality. Not a winning strategy if you want to earn customer loyalty.

The normal cycle takes about 3 hours… way longer than my last dishwasher… however… it does clean really well!! Garbage, prepare to throw away your money

Soon after buying, the door started coming apart. It took a few months to get replaced because replacement parts were showing up broken. A few months after the warranty expired, it literally started falling apart and leaking. Worked great for a few months, but what's the point of an appliance that can't even last 2 years?

Nice but could do better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first couple of times used and a few issues came up. The first was there was some leaking by to door, the cause was a seal on the inside bottom can be moved around. The second issue caused the third. A wheel came off the bottom tray and fell on the heating element, which then caused the water sprayer under the bottom rack to hang up on and melt. I have no idea how the wheel came off but it should not have happened.

Lookin' good

Easy to use. Quiet. Dishes are clean. No clouding of glassware so far, after 2 weeks.

It was defective. Installation crew did an excellent job, but the dishwasher would not pump water.

Do not get this piece of junk

This is the most unreliable product I have ever encountered. I purchased in February of 2023, so now the unit is 18 months old. Pretty soon after installation, it stop making a sound on button push. But was still working, so we moved on Then, at about 12 months, the door to dispense detergent stopped opening. We had purchased the extended warranty, so they sent us someone from a company called Bodewell to fix it. However, they were unable to send replacement parts that weren’t already broke...

Meh - And you better submit a rating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the capacity of the three rack system and the idea of available water jets though we typically only use the 90 minute wash setting. Adding the use of any of the additional features adds a lot of time to the machine - it could run for four hours if not careful. That is ridiculous.
