No issues. Bracket needed a little fabrication but no big deal. Looks great.

Look for anyone store

Absolutely disgusted with Lowe's service and installation. The dishwasher is still not installed. My cabinets are damaged. I cannot get anyone to respond from Lowe's to address this mess.

Great dishwasher.

Love how super quiet it is. Almost can't tell it's even on. Clean dishes and pot s very thoroughly. Do wish I could fit more in the space. Maybe if you provided suggested plate, bowl, glasses configurations I could more effectively use the space. There are lots of great gadgets but no info on how to use them or why they are there. Would love some of that info. Thanks.

It is so quiet

Front door leaking after 3 months

Had the brand new GE smart dishwasher professionally installed and 3 months later there is a ton of water coming out both of the front corners of the door. Seal has already been inspected, ensured unit is still level & still leaks. PDT755SYV1FS

Beware of door dings

The first unit we received had a big dent in the door. We had to wait another week to receive the replacement. The unit does not come with a power cord or the 90 degree elbow for the water supply connection on the dishwasher. I had to visit two different stores to find the correct parts. After we installed the dishwasher, it has been working great and is super quiet.

Dishwasher is great!

The dishwasher cleans very good. The noise is very low so that we can hear in our living room room close by.

DON'T BUY THIS!

We have had this for 6 weeks now. It worked 3 times. Water leaked everywhere. Called for service. Person said need a new unit. Lowes said need to go through GE. GE comes out, orders parts, installed parts. Immediately leaking again. Called Lowes, Jessica said will order new unit. Called 1 week later to follow up and told she never ordered it because store manager said NO. Never told us. Called GE back. New tech came our, said element melted water sprayer spinning piece. Abysmal Reliability

The control board died on our 2024 model after about 2 years. That is truly horrific for a dishwasher that retails at around $1200. The repairs (not under warranty) come to $495 which is about half what we paid for it and about what we can get a non-Profile model for at list price. This dishwasher replaced a KitchenAid dishwasher that was still fully operational after 25 years of use!

Follow directions closely. Each step is important.

Installation was fairly easy with provided instructions. Only issue I discovered was the rack that holds silverware that attaches to the side of the bottom rolling rack catches on the tub seal. Definitely a manufacturing issue. Over time this could damage the tub seal if not corrected. I was able to slightly bend rack inwards so silverware rack does not rub on seal when pulling it out and pushing it in. Great dishwasher! This is our second GE Profile. Great features

Great new machine. Easy to use not loud. Perfect for household

Poor design and quality

Extremely poor quality. Within a week, screws and washer parts started coming out of machine. Very poor internal design layout resulting in space wastage

difficult to install

Trim strips at sides had to be removed inorder to fit a 24-inch cabinte opening. Leveling adjustments at the rear are nearly impossible. The legs could only be turned a small amount and required fliping the wrench each time to get another bite. There is a connector not connected to anything. I dont know if the dishwaser does a good job washing dishes. Submission of this review required too many hoops to jump through.

Leaks like a seive and no support

I bought this dishwasher 10 days ago and on the second wash it started leaking from the bottom right side of the door. Scheduled a service call with Bodwell (GE Support). Tech came out, adjusted the legs and said it was good to go. On his way out he started it and said let it run for a full cycle. 25 min in to the cycle it started pouring water from the same spot. I scheduled another service call for the next day but never received an email confirmation so I went to schedule again and it said I ...

You could do better

Ive been involved with design of metal extrusions for years. Ypur lower drawer is off. It doesn't slide right and needs help sliding in. Upper self coukd use a little weight...obviously you're bean counters have overruled...Boeing did the same thing.
