Super Quiet

While the capacity of this appliance is excellent the real selling point was the noise level. You really must be standing next to it to know that it’s running. The installation is relatively straightforward, my biggest difficulty was getting the toe board on over all that insulation and that’s a good problem to have. To be able to choose the different cycles that I want to use is another big plus.

Can't be more pleased

We are amazed at how quiet the dishwasher is. Have only run two cycles of dishwashing and the installation cycle to check for leaks. Dries plastic storage bowls much better than the GE it replaced which still works great. Really like the 3rd tray for silverware and larger serving spoons and such.

Buy at your own risk (terrible experience)

Lowe’s installed two defective units before finally giving me a unit that was functional. The whole process took over 6 weeks and required me coordinating between Lowe’s customer service, installation, and the store. Lowe’s does not hold this in inventory at most stores (read about Lowe’s new distribution model online, which seems to have been a big failure from a customer satisfaction standpoint). Very quiet, good capacity and easy to use. I have only had it a few weeks but no issues at this time.

Easy to clean filter!

My favorite thing about this machine is the interior filter. The filter is easy to lift out and clean. I wish the light on the front of the door had the words, “clean” upon completion of the cycle, which my previous GE had. The reason I didn’t give the machine a 5 star rating, is because the best way to get dishes completely dry is to use the boast dry cycle which extends the wash and dry time to over 3 hours.

Thorough clean, great capacity

The dishwasher holds a great capacity of dishes and has the flexibility to adjust the racks to accommodate what you need to put in there. I find the dishes to get very clean and dry, which is really important. I love how the utensils and cups and bottles have extra areas to squirt the water through to get them clean. Not worth price of washer

The third time using this dishwasher, a piece of plastic connected to the latch at the top of the door broke off. For the price of this dishwasher, pieces should not be breaking off after three uses.

Lower drawer hits the frame - serious flaw

Seemed fine except for a major major issue. The (unnecessarily large) handle of the silverware basket hits the frame 9 out of ten times you close the bottom drawer. Super simple but critical design flaw. I think the fancy silverware jets in this model cause the basket to sit up high because I saw the same phenomenon on a similar GE at my local Lowe’s.
