Don’t waste your money

We had this dishwasher for a little under 3 years. During that time we had to replace the heating element, the spray arm, and sealant as it started leaking. Then it just stopped working entirely. I will never buy anything GE again, their quality couldn’t be any worse

Insulation failure and disappointing warranty exp

I purchased this GE Profile UltraFresh dishwasher in November 2024. In terms of cleaning performance and noise level, it has worked well. However, during the first year of ownership, a factory-installed sound-dampening insulation component began deteriorating and later delaminated and fell off from underneath the unit. Dishes not clean

Dishes coming out not fully cleaned. Unhappy with the performance.

Dishwasher manufacture assembly was not good.

The bottom cleaning arm is hitting the heater and melted both tips. Now the water is leaking out the door. The wait time for service call (Phone Wait) is too long. The wash is not that good but it could be from the tips being melted. The support is good once you get them on the phone.

Great Product

So far we are pleased with the performance, and cleaning of our new dishwasher. It is so quiet you can hardly tell it's running!

So Far So Good ... Cautiously Optimistic

So far so good ... this dishwasher replaced a lower model GE that only ran for 82 washes before it stopped working. GE did pull it out and put this newer, higher model in for only the difference in retail price. I'm cautiously optimistic this dishwasher will make it longer than 82 washes.

Does not arrive fully assembled

This unit does not arrive fully assembled. There are two pieces of sound insulation not installed. The installation manual included is for a different dish washer and does not include how to install the sound insulation.

Disappointing purchase - cannot recommend

We replaced all of our appliances with GE Profile. The dishwasher has proved to be a very disappointing purchase. While it looks nice, matching the other appliances, and is quiet while running, the internal parts are shockingly flimsy and do not reflect the quality one would expect at the price point. The shelves and drawer slides feel so cheaply made - they’re wobbly and noisy and don’t seem to line up from the left to the right side. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very frustrated trying unsuccessfully to connect this dishwasher to the app. And not happy with all the water left in the dishwasher after a small load, and the crystal glasses were still wet after the wash.

Poor Construction - Leaking

Have had this dishwasher for just over 1 year. A few weeks ago, my wife said the floor (3/4" hardwood) feels funny by the dishwasher. We thought it was leaking and at first I said no way. I mean, we had a 21 year old GE dishwasher we got rid of (nothing wrong with, just loud) to buy this one. BEST OPTION FOR QUIET

It is SO quiet you can’t even tell it is running! We really like the third rack even though we weren’t sure we would. Our only complaint is that the silverware caddy gets caught on the seal of the dishwasher so you can’t push the drawer back in unless you push the caddy forward… a little inconvenient but it’s definitely positioned in the right place over the silverware jets.

I recently purchased this particular Profile dishwasher completely on faith due to the great experience I had with the 10 yo Profile dishwasher it was replacing. I regret my decision. Clearly GE/Haier made the decision to use low quality materials in a product line that is supposed to be a step up from mainline GE. Profile for the win
