Terrible. Rinse cycle is insufficient. Do not buy.

This is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. We’ve had it for less than a year, and it has never rinsed properly. Even after adding rinse aid, which I have never had to use with any other dishwasher in my life, there is still considerable residue on the dishes, glasses, and silverware. I have to run two or three cycles or just hand wash them. Beyond frustrating!! You had one job, GE. Also, the heavy wash cycle takes just shy of five hours to complete!! Energy efficient…hardly.

I love my new dishwasher

leaks something awful

DW developed a leak near the front. Called warranty service. They replaced the door and seals and after Two times the machine is leaking again. To make matters worse it is the weekend, the call center is closed. 2 repairs will make an entire month unable to use DW.

Great Dishwasher and trusted brand on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love out new dishwasher. The capacity is great, noise is very quite allowing for our kids to not hear it at night or during the day. The cycles are perfect and great management through the app. Installation was straightforward and easy to replace my old washer. It is also much more energy efficient and designed in a way that allows for replacement parts to be accessible on the unit.

Three times is not a charm-WORST DISHWASHER

This is the worst dishwasher I have ever had. I am on my 3rd one and I want it out of my house. I called because this is the third to be installed. The heat from the dishwasher creates such condensation that after only 3 uses I noticed that it’s started to warp my cabinet. The condensation also accumulated under my granite counter top. When I called the Rep she said that Was normal or I could turn down my hot water. Really? I refuse to use the dishwasher because I’m afraid of mold for...

Install from Lowes is a problem

The dishwasher is fantastic, but Lowes uses an outside installer. We were given a window of 2:00 to 5:00 on a Friday. At 10 minutes to 5:00 we still hadn't heard from them. The phone number to call says they're closed at that time and to call back Monday between normal business hours. We had given up on the delivery at 5:20, when the installer showed up. During the install, he didn't turn the water completely off and he flooded our kitchen before he could get it turned off. We had to spend some ...
