Wanted to love it
I wanted to love this ice maker, so much. When it works, it makes great ice. But in the two months of having it, it's full of water more than half of the time. I have to throw the breaker to reset the pump (almost every single day) just to get the water out. Other days it's unusable and I have to turn the unit off altogether. I'm so bummed with this purchase

Poor engineering
Hasn't made ice regularly since we got installed in August. Only starts making ice again when the bin is completely empty. Recently paid a local repair shop to replace the thermister and main control board but the problem continues to persist. Can't believe a product this expensive doesn't work.

THIS IS THE BEST ICE MACHINE I HAVE EVER OWNED. THE ICE IS FABULOUS NICE AND SMALL AND VERY EASY ON THE TEETH TO BITE INTO. THE FILTER SYSTEM IS GREAT WITH NO AFTER TASTE IN THE ICE. QUIET MACHINE AND EASY TO INSTALL. I GIVE THIS A 5 STARS!
