Perfect Ice Machine for Home use
Would RecommendWe searched far and wide when looking for the perfect pebble ice machine and kept coming back to this model. It has everything you need plus more. We especially love the Wi-Fi connectivity with the App so that we can schedule when the machine should run. The App even tells you the Filter usage. We were able to have a custom door built for the unit so that it blends in with the kitchen. The best part is that the ice is perfection!

Ice is good, machine is not
I've had this installed for 2 days. The unit continues to error out telling me I need to change the filter and beeping and then I reset it. After a few hours it will then error out again. One of the sensors was just hanging loose inside the machine bouncing around. Quality control lacking

Excellent production
Would RecommendWe purchased this ice maker a month ago and are so pleased with it. We bought the panel ready which was easy to install. The hookup required us buying a hose for drain, but it was easy to install. This machine produces ice quickly and is very quiet while doing so. I would recommend this product to anyone!

GE Free Standing Ice Maker
Great icemaker. Makes the small cubes so if you are looking for bigger cubes consider a different model. Way better than my previous Electrolux icemaker which I had nothing but problems with from day one. All in all GE Monogram makes a good product.

Pretty, but Cafe line has quality issues
Would Not RecommendWe replaced our entire kitchen with new Cafe appliances thinking that the high price would translate into in quality, reliable products, including a Cafe Nugget Ice Maker. The Cafe line is pretty...no question about it. However, of the 5 Cafe appliances we purchased, two of them have had persistent quality issues from day 1, including the ice maker.

New undercover ice maker that doesn't make ice or
Would Not RecommendBought to replace 15year old monogram. Hooked new on to water, drain, power. Put a few quarts of water in ice catch to verify drain. Nothing. No drain an alarms after a few min. Called for help spending hours on the phone. They want to come service, but can't come out for month. Said send a new one and take this back they said can't help till Monday. This is all after delivery pushed out twice the night before. Horrible experience and nothing like monogram used to be.
