Great dishwasher!

We are very happy with our new dishwasher. The one that came with our home had a plastic interior and we feel so much safer with the metal tub. The 3rd rack is very convenient and we love having the option to change the height of the second rack. The only con which isn’t even a huge deal, would be the ease of sliding the bottom rack. It does feel a little cheaper than we expected and it rattles a little bit as you slide it back in.

Better off letting the dog lick the dishes clean

This dishwasher is crap! We replaced a Kenmore dishwasher I bought about 15 years ago, that was by no means flawless, but it worked great up until the end. After washing several loads on different settings, we’ve ended up with; Heavy (auto sense, normal, and 1hr are useless), dry boost HIGH, wash temp boost, and both wash zones. With all of those settings it takes 4 hours and 21 minutes…AND STILL doesn’t hardly do the job. If you’ve got anything on the 3rd rack (very top) you might as well ha...

It was professionally installed with no issues. Its so very quiet.

Unit does not shut off

This Dishwasher has been an issue since the day it was installed. To start with Drain Hose Leaked and had to be replaced. After about 1 year the timer started jumping around and would show 55 min left in cycle 5 min later it was at 13 and 10 min after that was at 52. Then unit started showing a FTD (Failure to Drain) Code but tub was completely empty and then stopped working altogether. Best thing I ever did was replace it!!!!

Incredibly Disappointed

They make no difference in cleaning and there is no room for bottles on that shelf without removing the top drawer of the dishwasher. Does a poor to mediocre job of cleaning the dishes. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We will never know if this dishwasher would have worked. I paid for installation and to haul away old appliance. Lowes tried to deliver without installing-just drop a giant. box in my kitchen and wander away, leaving old washer in place. What about installation that I paid for? Oh, you have to reach out to the store. That's another company. We don't do that. Maybe that store should reach out to me and explain the process BEFORE I PAID? Why should I trust this process will ever get accomplis...
