Works well

Cleans well , long cycles have to use the max dry setting otherwise dishes are still wet. Other than that was a good upgrade from our other unit.

Does what it's supposed to do, washes dishes.

Excellent dishwasher. My mother-in-law had one that was used for approximately 10 years and is still functioning flawlessly. This was a no-brainer decision for us to upgrade from our older Maytag to this. Functions great!!

Bad dishwasher

Over priced. Takes to long to wash and still doesn’t get dish cleaned. Would have been better off getting the cheeper one.

Great Dishwasher

old dishwasher gave out after 10 years, I looked on lowes.com and this one caught my eye. so many features, and a great price. it looks great installed with the recess to open.

Can use hardware from old GE machine to install.

Flatware basket

The basket for flatware is not ideal. Having it wider and more towards the front would be better. Also the grid on the bottom of the basket is too large. Flatware handles can fall through. I added some plastic hardware cloth to prevent this.

A joke

The product is bad, GE has terrible customer service, the product is designed to fail.

Delivery Mishap

Whoever's bright idea it was at the facility that processed my order, of a brand new dishwasher, and decided to load the truck with an open box used item, and deliver it to my house is a new one to me. This review is mainly on the processing plant, than the item itself, which I am replacing it's older model with, which only lasted 5 years, before it stopped working. So if it were to match that, my rating would be about 3 stars for reliability. Hopefully someone with some actual pull will see ...

Shame on Lowe's

This item was delivered dripping water and it was supposed to be brand new. We purchased installation and Lowe's had glitch and could not see it on their end. Then when we try to install this leaky item, it is missing a part and we noticed it is dented on the back. Shame on Lowe's for this. We tried reaching out to customer support and they told us to try again tomorrow.

Really Quiet But Third Rack Useless

We purchased this dishwasher because of the recessed handle and front controls. This works better with our kitchen set up. It washes fine and is really quiet. The first couple of times, I had to make sure I had started it because I couldn't hear it. My previous dishwasher was GE and did not have the 3rd rack. I thought it may be a neat feature. I have since removed it. Tall items that require top rack will not fit, requiring handwash or risk damage to the item. What you put on the third ra...

Washes great when it works

It constantly stops working and requires the breaker to be turned off and back on to reset it. The mother bord had to be replaced withing the first 3 months and now needs it again. When it works it washes great, but having to reset it or have a repairman work on it is very frustrating.
