Missing parts.
Would Not RecommendDon’t buy this dishwasher. Missing parts! Should have been easy install. Multiple trips to Lowe’s to buy missing parts to hook up drain line and do wiring. it was also missing insulation blanket. I had to take it from our old one. I’ve worked in quality for over 20y and this is really poor process. I’d love to give a good review but I can’t.

This dishwasher is not recommended. When it works I'm happy with it. I like the interior layout- fits a lot of dishes and cleans well. I did a LOT of research before purchasing this- wanted something that would accommodate us and be reliable, and liked buttons in front with timer to see from a distance. Would RecommendWe have lived in our home for five years, built during Covid and this slate color was the only thing available at the time. We put in all new GE slate appliances. After just four years the dishwasher motherboard went bad. Purchased another slate machine in July 2024. That one lasted until the warranty had just ran out, so I am now on my third GE slate dishwasher. This one seems to run quiet and does a good job. I like where the controls are on this one better. Would Not RecommendIt's quiet and overall we like it. However starting to have some concrns at 7 months, mainly around the door. It sounds like the stinless steel is glued on and every time we open the door we hear cracking and creaks. Worried one day we'll open it and the stainless will come right off.
