Would RecommendIf the inline fuse is optional, as a precaution from someone installing a regular flourescent tube, shouldn't there be a warning sticker with the bulbs to attach to the outside of the fixture?
Get rid of those ballasts.
Would RecommendGreat kitchen light ballast elimination bulbs. Converted (I'm an electrician) a two ballast four bulb fixture to these LEDs. Too easy, these bulbs worked great. Picked the middle setting on the switch for each bulb. Liked the fact that you didn't have to swap tombstones.

You need electric connectors separately sold.

Label missing
Would Not RecommendLabel is missing. Really disappointed - so many reports of that. The phone number mentioned in some of the official responses only works during office hours and really hard for me to make time to call. Is there an email address I can send my request to in order to get the sticker? Also, my previous review from a few days ago has not been posted yet. Not sure what happened to that. Had a very disappointing experience finding the fuse as well, but got it finally at Grainger.

Look at the bulb type
Didn’t realize it was direct wire. Only way to make it work was to cut the wire to the ballast. Not gonna do that. Took it back for the right bulb
