What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these LED tube lights for bright, instant illumination and the ability to eliminate outdated fluorescent ballasts through straightforward direct-wire installation. Most appreciate the three-position color temperature switch offering customization between 4000K, 5000K, and 6000K settings. Reviewers highlight significant energy savings, with some calculating nearly ninety dollars in annual electricity reductions. The majority value the cost-effectiveness and long-term reliability compared to replacing faulty ballasts. A small number report receiving broken bulbs or note the absence of warm white options, but overall customers strongly recommend these as a worthwhile upgrade.

Would RecommendI like the direct wire model. No more ballast to worry about and you have choice of lighting brightness.

THIS product was broken and repackaged
Would Not RecommendIt's entirely possible that these LED tubes work just fine - if they are not smashed and jammed back in the box without any packing material. The rattle of broken pieces should have given it away. Also the box was sloppily retaped at both ends and looked terrible but a Lowes employee apparently had no problem handing it to the person I sent for pickup. Shameful.

Get rid of flourescent light ballasts; Go LED!
Would RecommendI replaced my defunct ballast in a four-flourescent bulb basement fixture with two GE Direct Wire Color Select 32/T8 bulbs. Rewiring was simple (see Youtube). The ability to change color/temp with a three-position switch is a big plus.

66% bad
Would Not RecommendI purchased 2 of these this morning. One package worked fine (2 bulbs). The second was bad - only lit about 1/4 of the tube. I went back to the store, returned it, and bought another. Neither bulb in the 3rd package would light up. Time for another trip to the store to return, and buy something else. No fourth tries.

Fastest LED bypass I've ever done
Would RecommendGood price, and works as expected. Instructions are on the box and easy to follow. HOWEVER, there is no preference for a side being connected to the live or neutral part of the circuit, and they can be connected either way.
Replacing fluorescent lights with LEDs.
Would RecommendThe florescent light fixtures in my home are nearing the end of their lifespans. Of the Seven fluorescent fixtures in my home (two in the garage, four in the kitchen, and one in the master closet) five of the fixtures have had the ballasts burn out. I decided to bypass the ballasts and retain the original fixtures, replacing the florescent light tubes with LEDs. The difference between the amount of light provided by the fluorescents compared to that of LEDs is really stunning. The florescents ...
