Smart purchase - easy to set up!
Would RecommendI love my old-school percolator, it actually makes coffee hot. The smart plugs allow me to wake up to the fresh smell at a fraction of the cost of a fancy percolator with programmable function. I have also set up several as security lights throughout my home, it’s great coming home to a bright space!

I knew because the protective plastic and some of the packaging was missing from the box. Decided to give it a try anyway. Waste of Time to to Integrate
Would Not RecommendDownloaded GE app and synced easy. App can only be signed in to 1 phone/tablet at a time, which means if I am at work and my family at home, they have to log in to turn on lights. Then when i get home, i have to login to turn off. Alexa app will not sync with GE. I tried 10 times and every time it gave error that it couldnt sync. Tried with Apple Home and cant find homekit setup code on the smartplug anywhere..which made it usless too. Wil be returning tomorrow. Very dissappinted with GE.

Google Home was easy but would not consistently tu
Would Not RecommendThe device was easy to install on Google Home but the light would only come turn on 3 out of 10 tries. I've tried other devices with poor experiences so maybe these smart plugs are not worth the trouble. It would be nice to have a smart plug that did not need an app and worked out of the box.

Would RecommendEasy set up and connected right away through the C by GE app on my phone. Easy integration with the rest of my C by GE home setup and supports remote internet control as promised. Once it was set up, was easy to set up with Google Home. No problems and does just what I need.

Would Not RecommendThis product does not work. I have a GE Touchsmart i recently bought for my outdoor lights so I thought I'll buy a GE smart plug for indoor use. Well, after the first set up, I unplugged to connect to a different outlet, it never worked. Simply would not connect even though I was only a few feet away from the first one. Also, it looks like the app was made by a high school kid because you can not program a simple on and off in one step!
