Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the filter a few months ago and it works great. It was very easy to remove the old one and install the new one. Customer service on the phone was very nice and helpful. Will continue to buy my filters here.

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my fridge except that the crisper drawers are so wide that they often scrape the right hand inside door when opening up the crisper drawers. I asked if I could trade in for a different model but was turned down.

Needed Product

When I first bought this water filter it was easy access, but I had a hard time finding it and the price has gone up.

2nd replacement but not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 6 month subscription to replace my water filters. But this time around the filter made my water taste horrible. Very strong chemical taste. Not happy because these filters are expensive

Easy to install - but.....

Don’t know if it’s just a fluke, or what because this is the first filter for this fridge. Getting ready to call next.

INCREDIBLY SLOW

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like others have said, after a few weeks of use the flow coming out of these filters drops considerably. It seems to be filtering just fine but it takes about 1min 14s to fill a 32oz glass. Our water pressure here is good. I'd say above average. I am able to fill a gallon out of the faucet in under 40s. So I can almost get TWO gallons from the faucet in the time it takes this filter to output 2 pints. It's very frustrating.

Works very well

Air noise

I replaced the water and I've filter. The water works fine. But now I get a loud air like sound every time the water refills the ice. Any ideas?

No where near 6 months before it needs to be replaced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've gone through 3 filters already since Dec (Total coverage of only 6 months!). So you'll be lucky to get 2 months out of them before water flows out slow. This is coming from a 2 person household, so I would imagine worst if there's more people. Current one is so slow now, that the ice maker is making miniature ice cubes. Probably better of getting the bypass and installing a filter outside of the refrigerator or find 3rd party compatible fi...

The product was available in an expected place, so Lowe's part in the transaction was flawless.

Great water quality and consistently good

Water filer very slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first week after installation the water started to slow more and more. Now it has been a month and the water is running extremely slow from the filter. I don't think I can last another 5 months like this. I will call up customer service and see how they can help.

Easy install and easier than finding at stores

Skip the bottle water now
