Bad Filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this filter a month ago and it already needs to be changed! I also didn’t notice a difference between the sink water and the water using this filter.

It's a carbon filter, it's overpriced, I don't need it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have decent water from Lake Michigan, the filter doesn't alter taste nor clarity of my tap water. Wish I knew Frigidaire offered a filter bypass before spending money on 5 years of needless for me water filters. Ordered the Filter Bypass for about the same money as the filter, no more filter changesmfor me, my wallet is happier... Sorry Frigidaire, not everyone needs a carbon water filter.

Bad water filter

I bought a 2 pack of water filters. Installed the first and tossed the old one. Discovered 2 days later that the replacement filter leaks and filled the vegetable drawer with water. Luckily the 2nd filter does not leak. How can I get a replacement for the quite expensive filter?

Filters are horrible

I have had my fridge not even a year and I have to change this filter every 2-4 weeks since purchase. It’s costing me so much money. I have never had this issue with previous brand fridge and filters. At this point I could buy a more expensive fridge in the amount of money I have spend in water filters or even a bottle service. Very disappointed.

Why is this filter so expensive?

Filter appears to make the water smell bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a complete home water filter system. The water coming from the tap has no smell, but the water coming from the refrigerator smells bad. How can the water filter in the refrigerator by bypassed?

Didnt last 2 months

Worst water filters ever

I purchased this water filter six months ago and the two was cracked. Did not know until water was coming in the bottom of my refrigerator. I ordered two and went to replace it and it was cracked also. They are selling refurbished water filters. Please respond if anyone experienced the same problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the filter is average, I don't like the fact that if you drink more water it runs out faster if we need to drink clean water to keep us healthy then why aren't the filters made better to last longer. I think it should be improved for longer use.

Great features

Ice maker

Got a bad filter

I have ordered many filters over the last years 3 at a time I put in a new one 3 weeks ago and I have hollow ice and very little water stream. First time I've had a problem. I just put in a new one and it works great. Thet are expensive and I feel the company should replace this 1 filter.

It appears to be a good water filter for my fridge. Seems to do a good job of blocking impurities.
