Don't do a subscription!

I have about 5 of these filters because I thought signing up for a subscription would be helpful to both save and have the filter replacement when needed. There is no way to manage the subscription online easily, your chat feature doesn't work you don't have an email address and your phone lines are always busy. I will be rejecting the charge on my credit card since you have made this so difficult.

Won’t click into place

You would think ordering 3 filters, at least one would work…but similar to what others have posted, NONE of my 3 new ones would click in. They are the same model as I have ordered in past and are identical to the one I pulled out…but I will not go in all the way and click!?!

Poor longevity during normal use

It never fails, under normal use the replacement filters only last a couple of months before its time to buy another over priced filter. definitely considering buying another brand of refrigerator. Accepting terms and conditions under protest and reserve all my rights.

Works great but Lowes has discontinued carrying.

This product works well for my refrigerator, our water supply has a lot of chlorine in it to the amount that it is good to go to fill up your pool and hop right in. The one thing that I am not happy is that Lowes has discontinued the product and now they do not carry a filter for my refrigerator.

No good

I have been using the filters for a long time. Something has changed. The water is cloudy with bubbles. The reading of the metals in the water is higher than water from the sink faucet. I returned the first one thinking maybe it had been tampered with. The second is the same. Problem is without this filter you don’t have an ice maker. I will be trying an after market.

Water and air filters

Only complaint...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have just installed a new filter...and poured out 15Gallons of water...took me 20 minutes as I used a half gallon carton. I change every six months, don’t understand why some people in their reviews are having to replace sooner...how do they know? Are there signs or symptoms? Thx.

Good filter

Great filter but I wish there was information on the packaging of how to recycle the old filter instead of just "discard" seems so wasteful to throw this entire thing away - is there not a way to up-cycle these Frigidaire?

Good but it last 4 months

I bought on May and it already needs a replacement. Other than that we are happy. Water foes not have taste at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this frig in May and I just ordered A new filter. VERY EXPENSIVE AND DID NOT LAST LONG AT ALL. I only use it for ice and dog bowl water so this is nonsense

Easy to change filter

Only worked for 2 weeks I just but my ice from the store now is cheaper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went through 2 in a month and I live alone I haven't replaced a filter in 2yrs I just buy ice from the store it's cheaper that replacing these horrible filters every 2 weeks

second time clogged in less than 1 month worth of use

I bought this twice. Within 2 months. First one stopped my water from coming out after 1 week of use. Second one stopped after 2 weeks of use. Don't get my wrong, once the water was change the water and ice tasted great. It is just a shame it quickly cloggs. The original filter that came with the fridge lasted much longer. These replacements do not last long

Need replacement
