Easy of use.. Installation was Easy..Very good product

Ordered 2 pack back in January went to install second…broken

Love this product, been using for years, however, just went to install the 2nd of my 2 pack and one of nozzles are broken off and can’t be used. Any way to get replacement or is there a t limited timeframe?

Did not even last 3 months

I have never had a problem with these filters. They have often lasted well over a year for us. Sadly this is no longer the case. The last filter I purchased only lasted 10 weeks. I will be going somewhere else.

Do Not Subscribe

Do not use the subscribe function. Extremely difficult to cancel subscription. No easy option to do it online. Despite using the chat function 6 months ago to request cancellation I was charged again. It should not be this difficult to cancel a subscription for a water filter. If you can subscribe online you should be able to cancel easily on line. Terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using these filters for over 10 years and I've never had any problems with cracking, leaking or anything else. The water tastes clear, clean and delicious right up to changing time. They seem a bit pricey until you calculate the price of 6 months worth of bottled water, and bottled water can be very inconsistent in quality.

Works great so far

I've now gone through 2 or 3 filters, no issues. Good water, keeps flowing past due date, easy to install. I see reviews of splitting/cracking, water flow stopping, etc, but no issues with any of mine, so far. I wish they weren't so expensive, but otherwise a good filter.

Filter doesn't fit my fridge, even though the website said it was the correct item for my model number. The filters have a side tab on them that the ULTRAWF doesn't, so it won't slide into the unit. Also, one of the side tabs was cracked on the end. I will be returning it.

As many users have stated, this filter does not last 6 months. We have purchased six filters in less than a year due to water flow reducing to an extremely low, unusable flow. I would not recommend this product to anyone as it is not cost effective.

The water filter began leaking about two months ago, filling the inside compartment under the hydrator compartment with ice. The water filter did not fit snugly. Finally, a repair technician (we had an extended warranty) said we needed a new filter but instead of the serial # ending in EPTWFU01, we needed EPTWFU02. Where do we buy this? Not listed on Frigidaire's website.

Forces you to change your filter by restricting water flow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Frigidaire fridge before and never had any trouble with the filter. If I wanted to let the filter go longer than 6 months, I could. For some reason, with the PureSource 3 that I have to use with my new Frigidaire fridge, you cannot do this. The water starts to decrease in flow until it will barely come out. You HAVE to change it. Then after you put a new filter in, everything is fine again until it's ready to be changed again. Oft...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Filters work great and I have had no issues with them. I have had an issue finding out how to recycle these. I would have expected a place to drop them for recycling in a market as big as the Boston metro.

Water will not run through dispenser

I just replaced my filter, and now the water will not come out of the dispenser. How can I trouble shoot?

not even close to the duration time

This water filter is supposed to last 6 months. Per our typical usage, these filters have always lasted 12+ months. This time this filter didn't even last 4 months and no one at Frigidaire seems to want to stand behind their product.
