Works as expected

The microwave looks good and performs as expected. I bought this as I was looking for something that was compatible with a trim kit and this satisfied the need. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit exceeded my expectations. The installation instructions were excellent and good for DIY. The unit is pretty power and easy to use. Well worth the money. Delivery was on schedule.

Unreliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this model because it was pretty much the only under-the-counter model available at the store we were looking at. Lasted just under 2 years before it died. Couldn't start it without it tripping the circuit breaker. Repairman didn't seem surprised to see this happening and said it wasn't worth repairing. Incredibly disappointing.

Microwave Fails after a month.

This microwave did not last a month before failing and service required. The technician said it would need a new magnetron but we will have to wait till they can get one. They did provide a countertop loaner which although it does the job, takes up a lot of space on the counter. We are now nearly a month waiting for a magnetron, not a good start for Fridgidaire!!!

In love with this Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an "older" model and this Frigidaire is beyond compare! Heats quickly and evenly. Has many extra features (like melting & softening butter, cream cheese). Front and inside easy to clean. Love it, love it, love it!!!

Replacement ok so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first unit lasted about 3.5 years. This one is ok so far. It is mostly the same size and we were able to reuse the wall mount trim panel, but not the installation bracket. A new trim kit for this model was a third the cost of the new microwave, and not available anyway

First time Frigidaire buyer

Broken after 1 year and 4 mths

Very unsatisfied with the product. After a year and 4 mths of use, a fuse keeps breaking the circuit. Seems to be a common problem with Frigidaire models when searching on line. Seems to be a poor quality product. I would like a customer rep to contact me via email.

Broke in 3 years

I expect appliances to last longer than 3 years. Buyer beware.
