Microwave replacement

We intended to replace unit with like and kind until we found out that it would take10-12 weeks to ship one. Big relief to get suc a convenient built-in microwave

And there were always inconveniences both in operation and in noticing me the door wasn't properly closed. Not this one. Plus it's quiet. And the time is bright enough to serve as a nightlight to the kitchen. So far, it's perfect.

Would Not RecommendI would give this product a 0 if I could. We spent $500 and it died after 18 months. The magnetron is shot and can not be repaired! Frigidaire will not do anything because the warranty only last 12 months. Do not purchase!

Lots of bad surprises
Would Not RecommendSurprise number one is the trim kit was not included (although it was my fault for not weeing that but still a surprise for the price of this thing). Second surprise was the magnatron started sparking yesterday after only a year and a half of use. Now I am stuck with a boat anchor because of only a year warranty were other manufacturers put a 5 year on their magnatron's. Although the unit is big and beautiful, it is not built to last. Look elsewhere.

Lots of surprises
Would Not RecommendWe purchased our unit in 2020. First surprise is having to purchase a trim kit for an extra $175 or so. Surprise number 2 was this morning 1/8/2022 the magnetron started sparking. For what we paid for this I was expecting a much better result. Look elsewhere for your next microwave.
