Brand new. Could only use twice.
After three weeks since delivery our product has been used twice before it completely died. We've only warmed up coco and made popcorn! This is a replacement microwave for the original that died after one year! Repair service doesn't have the part. Waiting on that. Meanwhile we've been 2 months without microwave use. Deceptive advertising
The photos of this microwave show it with a trim piece that you cannot buy. (at least I can't find it anywhere). They need to let you know when ordering it does not come the way it is pictured. If you are buying this one because of how it looks in the photo, pick another microwave from a manufacturer that shows you exactly what your getting.

Microwave died after 1.5 years
Would Not RecommendThe magnetron in this unit spit fire and stopped working after only 1.5 years. Terrible performance for a $400 microwave. Would not recommend to anyone although we were forced to buy a replacement to match the built in arrangement we jave.
